Building a house from pre-made building blocks is one of the great joys of building, especially when it comes to building on land.
The process is very simple and if done right, it’s quite easy to create a house that will last you for a long time.
This is why the world’s first ever pre-built house, which is designed by a team of architects from the city of Kolkata, has already been built in Kolkataka, India.
The project started off with the idea to create an affordable and sustainable housing development.
This was a dream of the founders of the project, Ramesh Kumar and Dinesh Kumar, who together with local entrepreneur Arvind Khatri, decided to do something different with their lives.
They wanted to build a house which would last them for a lifetime.
They also wanted to use their existing knowledge to build the house as soon as possible and to do so, the team of builders took the pre-formed bricks to a local brick kiln in Bangalore and built a house in a matter of two months.
They have now completed the prebuilt house with a grand total of 2,500 bricks and they have already begun building a small courtyard and a new building which will be a home for the people of the community.
The builders also decided to use existing materials in order to build their house, including bamboo and wood, which are commonly used for making houses.
The pre-finished brick is made from the wood of a species that is commonly used in house building in Krakata, the same species which is commonly found in construction sites in India.
The house is built from these materials and the entire construction process was carried out with the help of local craftsmen.
The building is also built on an old railway track.
The pre-assembled house is already well-built.
The structure is not a traditional, rigid, concrete structure and it has a lot of flexibility.
There is a basement which will hold the residents and will also serve as an outdoor dining room, kitchen and bathroom.
The living area is equipped with an indoor swimming pool.
The outdoor courtyard and new building will also be available for the residents of the village.
