The Senate’s inability to pass a replacement plan to replace the Affordable Care Act is making it difficult for lawmakers to get a bill done.
The latest news about how the bill is being made available to the Senate has been that the GOP is trying to sell it as a plan that would lower premiums.
But even if a Republican-controlled House passes a replacement, that won’t happen until 2019.
So until that happens, senators and their staffs are struggling to get things done.
