Eko has spent years building signs for people interested in the business of building careers.
The company, which offers custom-made signs, is offering its employees free custom-built signs for three years for anyone interested in working in the career field.
“I am the CEO of Eko and I am looking for talent to build our careers,” Eko CEO Jason Dolan said in a press release.
“We are happy to offer free custom signed signs to anyone who is interested in becoming a part of our team.”
The sign shop is located at the entrance to Eko’s headquarters, in downtown Los Angeles.
The business opened in 2017, and Dolan has said it is the first of its kind in the U.S. Eko employees can sign their name, age and the date of birth, as well as provide the company with their personal details.
The sign maker’s job is to assemble and design the sign for the customer, which is then sent to a fulfillment center for a customized package.
“Custom signed signs are one of the most important aspects of our business,” said Dolan in the press release, adding that he is proud to offer a service to those who are looking for the right job for their future career.
Ego, which was founded in 2016, now employs roughly 30 people.
The job market is difficult, so the company has invested heavily in its sign shop.
EKO has opened two locations, and now has a third in Los Angeles, according to the company.
“The sign shop at Eko is the most advanced in the industry, providing the best sign-making service in the world,” Dolan told the LA Times.
“It’s also the best place to start if you are looking to start a career in the area.”
The company has also partnered with a private company to deliver its signs to customers, and it has expanded to new markets.
EKOPO employees are welcome to sign up for the free sign-maker program at www.ecokobuild.com.
The first sign-makers are invited to sign their names and address on a signed certificate, which can then be handed to the employee for his or her signature.
