Building has been completed in Fehl city, which is located in the north-eastern province of Gujarat.
It has been constructed by an architect, with the aim of providing an environmentally friendly environment and creating jobs.
Feh is the name of the city where the project was completed, according to a tweet by the Gujarat Development Authority.
The developer has been named Feh Constructors Pvt Ltd.
The project is being developed by Gujarat State Urban Development Corporation, a public-private partnership that aims to promote sustainable development.
The city of Fehl, in the northern Gujarat state, is about 15 kilometres (9 miles) north-east of Ahmedabad, the capital of the state of Gujarat and home to some of the largest cities in the country.
The region of Gujarat is home to about 5.5 million people.
In February, Gujarat Governor V.K. Jain said that the state would invest more than Rs.1,000 crore to bring down carbon emissions in the state by 2030.
The government had launched a campaign to reduce CO2 emissions by 30 per cent by 2022.
The campaign also aims to provide clean, renewable energy sources, including renewable energy storage to households, small businesses and industries, as well as the electricity supply.
