CNN — — A building material that is commonly used in foundations around the world is made from recyclable waste that was once discarded at the landfill, according to ezpremier.com, a site that tracks the recycling movement.
The ezprime website says the materials were once manufactured by waste incinerators that were eventually discarded at a landfill in China.
It says the waste was then converted into a synthetic form of ezsol, a synthetic plastic, which is used to make some materials in the U.S. The recycled material is called zirconium and can be found in plastics and paper products.
The recycled material, which can be made into an additive for building materials, has been used in buildings for more than 200 years, the site says.
It was originally manufactured in China and is used in a number of different building materials in Europe, Asia and the U, including for windows, doors, doors and trim.
The recycling movement in China has been one of the most prominent in recent years.
Last year, the country’s Ministry of Industry and Information Technology announced plans to build a 100-megawatt solar-power plant, with construction expected to start in 2019.
The project was first announced in November 2016 and the first phase of the project was expected to produce enough energy to power a large area of the country.
But after the Chinese government shut down some of the remaining factories, the solar project was halted in June of this year, according in a report from the Global Times newspaper.
According to the report, the factory in which the solar plant is located in Hunan province in northern China, which was originally built in 2005, has already been decommissioned.
The factory is also the site of the largest solar plant in the world, the 100-MW PV plant that is being built in Zhejiang province.
The Global Times report also said that China is not the only country that recycles material from the landfills.
It said that in 2015, China recycles about 10 percent of its materials, mostly from the countrys largest landfill.
The Global New York Times report said that Chinese authorities are also working to phase out the use of solid waste, which the Chinese have called “the worst waste in the environment.”
China is also working on a plan to phase in the construction of solar-powered power plants, but said it has yet to decide on a final plan for the project.
