6 buildings in Lansing will have their roofs covered with a fabric of new materials and materials that will help protect them from water.
The new building materials will be a material called Morgana, which has been proven to have a high degree of moisture-retaining capacity, according to Morgana founder Ryan Miller.
The materials, called Teflon, are also known as a strong, water-repellent fabric.
The company says they have been tested in tests and are available for homes built on land leased from the city of Lansing, as well as in other cities around the country.
The buildings, which are part of a collaboration between the city and Morgana that has been in the works for more than a year, will be in use as early as next summer.
They’re expected to be used by the city in a variety of ways, including helping to stabilize sidewalks and pedestrian crossings and to protect buildings from the elements.
They also will help with the city’s efforts to build a more resilient city, Miller said.
The city has used Morgana on other buildings, such as the Capitol Park headquarters and the former city of Flint’s Water Works, where the city built its water treatment plant.
It also has used it on the city streets and sidewalks for the past four years, but this will be the first time that the materials will make it into residential buildings.
The process of using the materials is a long one, with the materials having to be tested before they are approved by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, which will require them to be treated with chemicals before they can be used.
“We were really interested in doing this because the quality of life of residents is really important, and it is a challenge to make sure the materials that we use are safe for people to use,” Miller said, adding that the new materials will help to ensure the new buildings can handle the elements as well.
The project is part of Morgana’s ongoing effort to increase its water supply and reduce the amount of water it has to pump through the system.
Miller said the city is looking to buy more water from outside sources, such like a river, and will be seeking more money to build new reservoirs and reservoirs-like structures, which can be larger and more efficient.
Morgana’s new material is called T-Vane, and the company said it has been tested by the EPA for its ability to retain moisture and its ability as a water repellent.
T-Vsane will be available for homeowners and businesses who want to use it for their buildings.
The new homes are expected to take up to 10 years to build.
Miller told Engadgget that the project has already begun and that it is expected to begin taking applications for construction within the next month.
